HAVEN clears apartments, cellars, attics, offices and individual rooms. We carry, load and transport the cleared goods away. Carrying, loading and unloading are part of the service; full packing assistance is agreed separately as an additional service.

An estate clearance is rarely just a transport job. We work calmly, agree beforehand what is to be kept, and only then take anything away.

Parking & standing time 1 h included
The first hour of parking and standing time for the planned job is included in the HAVEN price. If conditions on site call for more time — for example difficult access, an unusually long carrying route, difficult stairs, high floors or delicate handling — the parking and standing costs beyond that hour may be charged in addition.

Preparation
What helps us beforehand
None of this is something you have to prepare. But if you know it, the estimate gets sharper and the appointment shorter.
Roughly how much?
Number of rooms, or a rough idea: a cellar, half a flat, a whole flat. More precise is always possible, but not required.
How do we get in?
Floor, lift or no lift, staircase width, courtyard access, parking restrictions. This changes the effort more than the volume does.
Is anything staying?
Furniture, documents, photographs, keepsakes. Mark them, or tell us on the phone — we take nothing that has been discussed.
Anything heavy or bulky?
Enter very heavy single items under “Further requests” in the calculator — they are not added to the estimate, and HAVEN confirms them individually. A safe or anything comparable is also checked individually.
Photos?
A few pictures in the calculator or on WhatsApp often replace a long description.

Yes. The scope runs from a single item of furniture to a complete apartment clearance.

What does a clearance cost?
As a non-binding guide: a basement or attic from €300, a house from €2,500. Access, floor and volume set the individual quote.
How much can be taken away at once?
The Sprinter has a 3,500 kg gross vehicle weight and, per its registration document, a 1,035 kg payload. Larger clearances are handled in several trips.
Are carrying and packing included?
Carrying, loading and unloading are part of every service. Full packing assistance is an additional service, agreed separately.
What applies to parking and standing time?
